Indy Bitcoin Meetup #55 - Hashrate 101

Our next meetup will be on Wednesday, April, from 7–9 p.m. at Union Jack Pub in Broad Ripple. *Please note we are back at Union Jack.

Wayne from Megawatt is joining us and bringing a real ASIC Bitcoin miner for a live breakdown. We’ll cover what mining machines are, how they work, and what “hashrate” actually means in simple terms. The presentation will start promptly at 7:30, followed by open Q&A and discussion. Come hang, learn something new, and ask questions.

If you haven’t been to a meetup yet, we meet on the third Wednesday of every month. Newcomers are always welcome!

We’ve been averaging 25–30 guests per meetup, and there’s always a handful of new faces. It doesn’t matter if you’re a longtime Bitcoiner or brand new to the space - everyone is welcome.
