This month we talk Privacy Tech - how to keep your data safe and minimise exposure to data hacks and breaches. We look at operating systems, password managers, data backup and storage, social media alternatives, messaging, etc.

Our meetings are a great place to ask questions and learn about how bitcoin is transforming the world.
We start off with a short presentation on a different topic each month.
Books, documentaries, current events and social media topics are often the subject of the presentation.
We also look to promote businesses that accept bitcoin as payment for goods and services - and we show businesses how easy this is to set up.
Most of the software and apps we will discuss are free and open source.
There is no joining fee to be part of this group.
There are no stupid questions.
We welcome open-minded discussions and debates. You don't have to agree with anybody or with any topic. This is an information session.
If you can't be civil, don't bother coming.
This is bitcoin only group - no discussions about other crypto currencies will be accommodated.
