Schedule – Abundant Mines Site Visit
Date: Sunday, May 24th, 2026
Location: Thirsty's

A shuttle will be available at HOTEL VINTAGE (downtown Portland), at the entrance from 8:45 to 9:00 am. It will depart at 9:00 am SHARP and take you to our meeting location, Thirsty's. The shuttle will then depart at 3:30 p.m. PT to return you to HOTEL VINTAGE.

If you need to leave earlier than the scheduled departure, please make alternate transportation arrangements in advance.

🕘 9:00 AM – Shuttle Departure
Depart from The HOTEL VINTAGE promptly at 9:00 AM
Only guests the have RSVP’d and confirmed for this visit will be permitted to board the shuttle.

Greet guests at Thirsty's
Grab a coffee or water and take a quick restroom break.
Carpool over to the site

🔁 11:00 AM – Rotating Breakout Stations (15 min each)
Guests will be divided into 4 groups (~10 per group). Each group will rotate through all stations:

Containers & Machines– w/ Joe
Software & Monitoring - w/Todd
Client Experience & Support – w/ Sydney
