Noah Doe Court Date - 3.8 Million Bitcoin at Stake

On July 14, the Supreme Court in New York will hear my motion for leave to appear as amicus curiae in Noah Doe v. John Does 1-39,069. A case attempting to claim roughly 39,000 Bitcoin wallet addresses.

This is the most significant property rights case in Bitcoin history, maybe all history.

I filed a pro bono amicus brief opposing the petition. The court stayed the case and set this hearing. Now it matters that the Bitcoin community shows up.
