No Bitcoin required. We demo apps, tools, and side projects. If you like tech, you’ll like this.

10:00–10:30 — Open coffee, no agenda
10:30–11:00 — “This week I’m building…” — one person (maybe you, maybe a regular) shows a thing for 5–10 minutes on their phone/laptop. No slides, just demo.
11:00–close — Hang, pair off, newsletter signup sheet makes the rounds
