PROOF Conference is a half-day freedom tech event in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The conference brings together talks and hands-on workshops around privacy, decentralization, Bitcoin, and practical sovereignty tools. The goal is simple: help people understand how mass surveillance, data exploitation, financial control, and centralized platforms affect their lives, then show practical tools they can actually use.
