Bitcoiners, miners, energy operators, TCU Energy Club, Ralph Lowe Energy Institute students, Energy MBA / MSBS folks, plebs, and maximalists — Fort Bitcoin is going rooftop.
We’re gathering at LOT 12 Rooftop Bar above TCU (2512 W Berry St). Campus views, cold drinks, shareable bites, and enough space to talk shop as summer closes and the semester starts.

The last good nights of summer line up with a market reset and a Texas energy reset. Bitcoin mining and AI data centers are now fighting for the same megawatts on ERCOT. Miners that once acted as a flexible grid brake are converting campuses to high-density compute. Texas just paused and audited a massive large-load queue — most of it data centers — while operators with real interconnection and curtailable power sit in a different position than paper projects.

This night is for the people who actually work that problem: energy students, operators, miners, and Bitcoiners who care about power, not slogans.
