Dora's Dairy Big Feed Up - Bitcoin Giveaway & Kickstart a Circular Economy!

WiltshireBTC is a Bitcoin only meetup group who are passionate about supporting local Bitcoin accepting businesses and growing adoption.


Dora's Dairy near Swindon is one of the few farms in the UK producing raw, unpasteurised, unhomogenised milk from grass-fed cows raised with kindness. Many of their customers rely on their milk for health reasons - from eczema and asthma to IBS and allergies. They are committed to ethical, regenerative farming, keeping calves with their mothers and ensuring the animals are cared for with the utmost respect. They have been accepting Bitcoin for over a year and believe in producing real nutritious unprocessed food with integrity.


This summers dry weather hit the pastures hard. Poor grass growth means a shortage of forage needed to feed the herd through winter and we're asking the Bitcoin community for support for their upcoming fundraiser "Dora's Dairy Big Feed Up" at the farm on Sunday 18th October.

What your donation funds:
We're gifting £3 each in Bitcoin to the first 100 people at the upcoming fundraiser to those who want to take part. Gifts will be sent via Wallet of Satoshi - simple, custodial, and easy for first-timers, so no one needs to already own a Bitcoin wallet to join in. It's a small amount, but circular economies start exactly like this: real sats, in real hands, spendable at a real farm. We’ll be encouraging participants to spend it on 1L of the finest raw milk (£2.50 plus 40p for the carton) or coffee, so that the funds circulate within the farm. However, the recipients are also free to do as they wish with the bitcoin they receive.


Any leftover giveaway funds (e.g. if fewer than 100 people claim their £3) will go straight to Dora's Bitcoin Wallet - nothing goes to waste.
